The apparatus for imprinting the inside of a beer barrel (4) contains a rotating disc seat (41) rotating using a Z-axis as an axis, wherein the rotating disc seat (41) can mount a beer barrel (5), and an inner matrix (61) imprinting an inside face of the beer barrel (5) is mounted on the peripheral face of the rotating disc seat (41). The apparatus for imprinting the outside of a beer barrel (3) contains a connecting frame (31) moving linearly along a Y-axis direction, an outer matrix (62) imprinting an outside face of the beer barrel (5) being provided on the connecting frame (31). The hydraulic pushing apparatus (2) controls the outer matrix (62) on the connecting frame (31) moving linearly along an X-axis direction to make the outer matrix (62) and the inner matrix (61) fit with the wall of the beer barrel (5) for stamping. Further disclosed is a process for imprinting a draft beer barrel. The device and the process solve the problem in conventional technology of a semi-finished product being rejected due to imprinted material failing when stretched or welded, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and time for a beer barrel.

When the label tape (12) is to set, the bottom cover (14) is made open. The bottom cover (14) can be surely open due to a biasing force accumulated in resilient portions (15d, 15e) by pressing a finger-placed portion (15a) of an engagement member (15).

The present invention provides an apparatus for producing patterns on a surface of a substrate. The apparatus includes a rigid support member such as a rigid tubular structure having first and second opposed ends and a fluid flow passageway extending therethrough. A printing stamp is attached at one of the opposed ends of the rigid support member. The printing stamp has a flexible diaphragm portion which has an outer surface which is coated with one or more materials in a pre-selected pattern. A pneumatic pressurizing mechanism communicating with an inner surface of the flexible diaphragm portion through the fluid flow passageway is used to bias the flexible diaphragm portion outwardly into intimate and substantially uniform contact with the surface of the substrate for transferring the pre-selected pattern onto said surface. The rigid tubular supports are attached to a robotic positioning mechanism for providing control of positioning of the stamp relative to the substrate surface.
