Further, a gas discharge port (3c) is provided on the lower edge of the stopper (3). A groove (3d) connecting the gas introduction port (3b) to the gas discharge port (3c)is provided on the side face of the stopper (3). Upon evacuation of the inside of the vessel or tube (2), an external gas is passed through the groove (3d) and is blown at a high speed into the tube (2) through the gas discharge port (3c), and, while colliding against the internal wall of the tube (2), is spirally rotated by centrifugal force along the inner wall of the tube, whereby the volatile substance is kicked up and stirred by a gas stream to increase the surface area and thus to promote the vaporization of the volatile substance.
