The engine (1) is connected to the first pump set, and the motor (2) is connected to the second pump set. The first pump set includes a first load-sensitive pump (101), and the second pump set includes a second load-sensitive pump (201). An oil outlet pipeline of the first load-sensitive pump (101) and an oil outlet pipeline of the second load-sensitive pump (201) are connected in parallel, and a feedback pipeline of the first load-sensitive pump (101) and a feedback pipeline of the second load-sensitive pump (201) are connected in parallel by a reversing valve. Each of the engine (1) and the motor (2) is disposed to be connected to a pump set, and the first pump set and the second pump set are arranged in parallel, so that switching between two power sources of the engine (1) and the motor (2) can be implemented. Moreover, the motor (2) may be flexibly arranged without being limited to a connection to a gearbox power take-off, and the motor (2) and the second pump set are not limited to being mounted on a chassis, thereby improving mounting universality and convenience.

If the mode selected by the selection unit is the high speed mode, the manipulation unit is manipulated from a neutral state to a non-neutral state, and the suspended load is smaller than a load threshold and the tension is smaller than a tension threshold, the control unit controls the winch device so as to operate in the high speed mode. Through this, a winch system of a mobile crane having excellent operability is provided.

In the lifting method for the tower crane, the forward governor valve and the reverse governor valve on each oil cylinder are used to control the forward and reverse flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the branch working oil-ways of each oil cylinder and the synchronization accuracy of each cylinder, and synchronized lifting of each of the cylinders is allowed by keeping equal the forward and reverse flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the branch working oil-ways of each oil cylinder and by the synchronized lifting of each of the cylinders.

This increases the total flow rate G of pressurized oil supplied to a control valve 3 in proportion to the rate of the operation signal input to the crane.
