Each of the engine (1) and the motor (2) is disposed to be connected to a pump set, and the first pump set and the second pump set are arranged in parallel, so that switching between two power sources of the engine (1) and the motor (2) can be implemented. Moreover, the motor (2) may be flexibly arranged without being limited to a connection to a gearbox power take-off, and the motor (2) and the second pump set are not limited to being mounted on a chassis, thereby improving mounting universality and convenience.

The present invention is provided with: a manipulation unit; a winch device that operates with an actuation mode of either a high speed mode or a low speed mode on the basis of manipulation of the manipulation unit, and winds in or reels out a wire rope to which a hook is fixed; a selection unit for an operator to select either the high speed mode or the low speed mode; a load calculation unit for calculating a suspended load; a tension calculation unit for calculating the tension of the wire rope; and a control unit for controlling the actuation of the winch device. If the mode selected by the selection unit is the high speed mode, the manipulation unit is manipulated from a neutral state to a non-neutral state, and the suspended load is smaller than a load threshold and the tension is smaller than a tension threshold, the control unit controls the winch device so as to operate in the high speed mode. Through this, a winch system of a mobile crane having excellent operability is provided.

Disclosed are a lifting structure of tower crane, a hydraulic system for the lifting structure, and a lifting method for tower crane. The hydraulic system of the lifting structure of tower crane comprises a forward branch working oil-way and a reverse branch working oil-way. Arranged on the forward working oil-way of each oil cylinder is a forward speed regulator valve for adjusting the flow rate of hydraulic oil. Arranged on the reverse branch working oil-way of each oil cylinder is a reverse governor valve for adjusting the reverse flow rate of the hydraulic oil. The lifting structure of tower crane comprises the hydraulic system for lifting structure. In the lifting method for the tower crane, the forward governor valve and the reverse governor valve on each oil cylinder are used to control the forward and reverse flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the branch working oil-ways of each oil cylinder and the synchronization accuracy of each cylinder, and synchronized lifting of each of the cylinders is allowed by keeping equal the forward and reverse flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the branch working oil-ways of each oil cylinder and by the synchronized lifting of each of the cylinders.

The present invention provides a pressurized-oil supply amount control device for a vehicle-mounted crane which has a dual pump system and which is capable of further inhibiting possible noise from an engine and improving fuel consumption. A predetermined control function is set for a controller 2 for the pressurized-oil supply amount control device. Three regions R1, R2, R3 are set for the predetermined control function according to the rate of an operation signal input. Based on the predetermined control function, the rotation speed of the engine 6 is controlled, and the flow rate of pressurized oil is controlled by a flow rate control valve 5. This increases the total flow rate G of pressurized oil supplied to a control valve 3 in proportion to the rate of the operation signal input to the crane.
