[SOLUTION] An organic sludge treatment device includes: a fractionation device 7 that fractionates a preheated raw material R2 from a preheater cyclone 4C excluding a bottommost cyclone of a cement burning device 1; a mixing device 8 that mixes an organic sludge S with the fractionated preheated raw material, and that dries the organic sludge using sensible heat of the preheated raw material; and a supply device (mixture chute 12, double-flap damper 13, shut damper 14) that supplies a mixture M from the mixing device to a calciner furnace 5 of the cement burning device or to a duct disposed between a kiln inlet portion of a cement kiln 2 and the calciner furnace. The treatment device may be provided with an introduction device for introducing an exhaust gas G2 including dust, odor and water vapor from the mixing device to a gas outlet of a bottommost cyclone 4A of the cement burning device.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sulfoaluminous or belitic sulfoaluminous clinker from a raw mix formed from a mixture including minerals containing calcium, aluminum, silica, iron, and sulfur, preferably in sulfate form, and is characterized in that the method comprises the steps including: at least partially dehydrating and decarbonating the mixture through placement in a vertical kiln (1) comprising a substantially vertical chamber (2) wherein the mixture is heated, the chamber (2) of the vertical kiln (1) being supplied with hot gases the temperature of which is between 900 and 1150° C; extracting the dehydrated and decarbonated mixture from the vertical kiln (1) and conveying the same in a continuous kiln (4) comprising a furnace (5) and a transporting means (6) for transporting the mixture across the furnace (5); heating the mixture from the vertical kiln (1) by passing the mixture through the furnace (5) via the transporting means (6) such that a clinkerization of the mixture is obtained, the average passage time in the furnace being greater than 15 minutes.

The invention is characterized in that the method comprises a two-stage mechano-treatment of a mixture of cement and at least one component of two components, the first component being an SiO2 containing microfiller and the second component being a polymer in the form of a powdery water-reducing agent, in that in the first stage the cement and said first and/or said second component are intensively mixed in a dry state, in that in the second stage the mixture obtained in said first stage is treated in a milling equipment where the particles in said mixture receive in a quick succession a large number of direct-changed impact impulses and in that said treatment in said second stage is carried out during a sufficiently long period of time in order that a 1-day compressive strength of 20 millimeter side cube cement paste, which has been properly compacted under vibration and hardened at +20 DEG C in sealed conditions at least equals 60 MPa.

A method and a system for controlling the mixing of raw materials for cement measure the component contents of a sample material obtained at an exit side of a mill system, in which the raw materials are mixed, to obtain measured modulus values of hydraulic modulus HM, silica modulus SM, and iron modulus IM of a raw material mixture; determine estimated modulus values of the component contents at the mill system exit side during sampling based on current takeout amounts of the raw materials, a mill system passage characteristic model, a component analyzer passage characteristic model, and preset component contents of the raw materials; calculate modulus deviation values based on differences between the estimated modulus values and the measured modulus values; add values, obtained by passing the modulus deviation values through a noise removal filter, to future modulus values of the component contents at the mill system exit side calculated based on the raw material takeout amounts, and the preset raw material component contents, to determine predicted modulus values for calculation of updated takeout amounts; and adjust the predicted modulus values to follow predetermined target values while considering a balance among the modulus values of HM, SM and IM, as well as the capacities of feeders of the raw materials, to calculate the updated raw material takeout amounts.

Durch den Einsatz eines Tunnelofens ergeben sich etwas höhere Produktionskosten als bei einer Grossanlage mit einem Trockendrehrohrofen. Da die Transportkosten einen wesentlichen erlösmindernden Faktor darstellen, resultiert für das Verfahren bei geringerer Zementverbrauchsdichte als in Industrieländern ein spürbarer Kostenvorsprung.

Rotation speed of a drum of the eddy current separator 8 can be 4000rpm or more.

The present invention also concerns an improved process for the production of clinker from raw meal.
