Abstract:
Provided are a benzimidazole compound as represented by fonnula (I) or a salt thereof, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The benzimidazole compound or the salt thereof has excellent insecticidal and acaricidal effects, and can display acaricidal effects especially when same is used at a low concentration.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbene compound having substituted at the terminal polyethylene glycol (PEG) having nitrogen-containing functional groups, a carbene-metal nanoparticle complex in which the carbene compound and metal nanoparticles are bounded, a preparation method thereof, and a biosensor using same.
Abstract:
Nonsteroid and steroid compounds that cause down-regulation of the androgen receptor (AR), both full length and splice variant, induce apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of inhibiting proliferation and migration of androgen sensitive cancer cells. The steroid compounds and nonsteroid compounds may be agents for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer, including prostate cancer, castration resistant prostate cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Kennedy's disease, androgenetic alopecia, breast cancer, androgen-insensitive syndrome, and spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy.
Abstract:
This invention relates to fluorescent probes for screening and characterization of compounds binding to protein kinase CK2, measurement of concentration of the catalytically active form of CK2 and imaging of CK2 activity in cells and tissues. The CK2-selective probe of the present invention interacts with binding sites of both substrates of the catalytic subunit of CK2 and therefore can be used for characterization of all inhibitors binding to the active site of CK2 in the binding/displacement assay. The high affinity of the probe affords the detection of the enzyme at low concentration and characterization of inhibitors in a wide affinity range.
