    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an exterior building material including multi-thermochromic beads (B), the colors of which thermally change into various colors according to temperature, a method of manufacturing the same, and the use of the multi-thermochromic beads. The present disclosure provides an exterior building material including multi-thermochromic beads (B) and a method of manufacturing the same, each of the multi-thermochromic beads including a polymer support (100) and a plurality of thermochromic particles (P) supported in the polymer support (100) and the colors of which thermally change into different colors according to temperature. The thermochromic particle (P) includes a core (10) including a thermochromic material and a phase-change material and a polymer shell (20) formed on the surface of the core (10). In the present disclosure, color changes into various colors according to temperature occur. Therefore, it is possible to actively adjust the temperature of a building, thereby improving thermal insulation and heating properties and securing a beautiful appearance.
