Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a method for economically and eco-friendly recovering an electrode raw material for a positive electrode and a negative electrode from a waste lithium ion secondary battery, which is formed by the pyrolysis of a waste lithium ion secondary battery, and an electrode raw material for a positive electrode and a negative electrode, obtained therefrom. To accomplish the object, a recycling method of a waste lithium ion secondary battery according to the invention may include (a) loading a waste lithium ion secondary battery into a pyrolysis furnace, (b) increasing the internal temperature of the pyrolysis furnace to induce self-heating of the waste lithium ion secondary battery, (c) maintaining a self-heating reaction of the waste lithium ion secondary battery, (d) discharging a first powder formed after completing the self-heating reaction of the waste lithium ion secondary battery, and (e) injecting the first powder into water, dissolving a lithium component included in the first powder, and separating and recovering a lithium aqueous solution, a powder settled in the lithium aqueous solution, and a floating material on the surface of the lithium aqueous solution, separately.

Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Lithium bei der Vorbereitung des Recyclings von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien (22), umfassend: Durchführen eines Zerkleinerungsvorgangs, wobei wenigstens eine Lithium-Ionen-Batterie (22) in Anwesenheit eines mit der Lithium-Ionen-Batterie (22) in Kontakt stehenden Schutzfluids (24) in Teilstücke (26) mechanisch zerkleinert wird, im Anschluss an den Zerkleinerungsvorgang, Hindurchleiten des Schutzfluids (24) durch ein Sorbens (20), wobei in dem Schutzfluid (24) enthaltene Lithiumionen durch das Sorbens (20) gebunden werden und ein mit Lithiumionen angereichertes Sorbens (20) erhalten wird, und Hindurchleiten eines Desorptionsfluids (32) durch das mit Lithiumionen angereicherte Sorbens (20), wobei Lithiumionen durch das Desorptionsfluid (32) von dem Sorbens (20) desorbiert werden und ein mit Lithiumionen angereichertes Desorptionsfluid (32) erhalten wird.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for recovering lithium from waste lithium-ion batteries that can recover lithium at a high recovery rate. The method for recovering lithium from waste lithium-ion batteries, the method including: a dissolution step of dissolving active material powder obtained by pre-processing waste lithium-ion batteries in a mineral acid; a neutralization step of adding at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide to a solution obtained in the dissolution step; a solvent extraction step of separating at least one metal excluding lithium from a solution obtained in the neutralization step by organic solvent extraction to obtain an alkali mixed salt aqueous solution; a separation step of separating each of a lithium salt and a salt of at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium and potassium from the alkali mixed salt aqueous solution; and a lithium recovery step of recovering lithium from a first lithium salt aqueous solution obtained in the separation step.
