    摘要: A recycling method for pyrolysis of scrap, fiber-reinforced polyurethane-poly(meth)acrylate composite material is suggested to recover organic amino compounds and reinforcement material. Said method comprises at least the following steps
    (a) introduction of a feedstock, comprising at least one fiber reinforced polyurethane-poly(meth)acrylate composite scrap material as defined in claim 1 into a reactor, and;
    (b) decomposition of the polyurethane-poly(meth)acrylate resin of the introduced fiber reinforced polyurethane-poly(meth)acrylate composite scrap material at a temperature in the range of 350°C to 700°C in the presence of one catalyst capable of influencing the thermal decomposition of said scrap material, yielding at least pyrolysate in the gas phase and a pyrolysis residue, comprising at least separated reinforcement material as a solid, wherein
    (i) during said decomposition the amount of oxygen gas inside the reactor is at most 2,0 % by volume of the total volume of the gas phase inside the reactor, and
    (ii) during said decomposition the pyrolysate is removed from the reactor, and
    (iii) said pyrolysis residue is removed from the reactor, and;

    (c) cooling the removed pyrolysate down to a temperature of below 350°C to yield pyrolysis product, selected from pyrolysate condensate, desublimated pyrolysate or mixtures thereof, and;
    (d) preferably recovery of reinforcement material and catalyst from pyrolysis residue.

    摘要: A system (1) for the treatment and sterilization of healthcare waste has a loading hopper (6) for loading the healthcare waste, a sterilization unit (17) provided with a heating device for sterilizing the healthcare waste via heat treatment, a shredding unit (8) mounted between the loading hopper (6) and the sterilization unit (17), and an unloading device (25, 27) for receiving the shredded and sterilized healthcare waste from the sterilization unit (17). The loading hopper (6), the shredding unit (8), and the sterilization unit (17) being arranged so as to transfer the healthcare waste directly by gravity from the loading hopper (6) to the shredding unit (8) and from the shredding unit (8) to the sterilization unit (17).
