    摘要： Cette machine pour le plissage de tissu comprend deux cylindres espacés superposés (5,6) dont, au moins celui amont (5) est chauffé, des moyens aptes à entraîner en rotation ces deux cylindres avec une vitesse (V1) constante mais réglable, des ressorts spirales sans fin (15) espacés transversalement et décrivant une trajectoire en S sur les deux cylindres, des moyens d'entraînement des ressorts spirales à une vitesse (V2) inférieure à (V1), des moyens de guidage du tissu (4) disposés en amont et aval des deux cylindres (5,6) et maintenant le tissu pour qu'ils décrivent sur ces deux cylindres une trajectoire en S confondue avec celle des ressorts, et des moyens de dévidage et de guidage d'une bande souple (9), décrivant la même trajectoire que le tissu (4) et s'insérant entre ce tissu et le premier cylindre amont.
    Selon l'invention, cette machine est munie d'une seconde série de moyens (22) de dévidage et de guidage d'une seconde bande souple (20) s'insérant, au niveau du cylindre amont, entre les nappes de ressorts (15) et le tissu (4) et assurant la retenue des zones non plissées du tissu (4) durant sa trajectoire entre le cylindre amont (5) et le cylindre aval (6).

    摘要： The present invention relates to a component consisting exclusively of non-woven natural textile fibres, and to a method and machine for the production thereof; the component (1 ) comprises a web (2) consisting exclusively of carded natural textile fibres which is pleated in the direction of the length and/or width of the component and which is needle-punched in the direction of the length and/or width of the component; the needle-punching affects only a central portion of a thickness of the component; its production is effected by: - continuously feeding (3) a long web (4) consisting exclusively of carded natural textile fibres towards a processing area (5), - repeatedly performing pleating operations on said web (4) according to a direction corresponding to the length of said web (4) by means of a pleating head (6) in said processing area (5), - repeatedly performing needle-punching operations on said pleated web (4) according to a direction corresponding to the length of said web (4) by means of a needle-punching head (7) in said processing area (5), in such a way as to needle-punch only a central portion of said thickness of said component, said central portion being in particular less than 80% of said thickness, and - continuously advancing (8) said pleated and needle-punched web (4) while distancing it from said processing area (5).
