摘要: Provided is a work machine capable of notifying that maintenance is necessary due to continuation of clogging in a cooling device or decrease in cooling performance. A wheel loader 1 including a radiator 31 and an oil cooler 32 comprises a controller 5, 5A configured to determine a clogging continuation state of the radiator 31 or the oil cooler 32. The controller 5, 5A determines whether clogging is occurring in the radiator 31 or the oil cooler 32 based on outside air temperature AW and cooling water temperature CW or hydraulic oil temperature HW, determines whether the clogging continues based on a clogging occurrence ratio R1, R2 while an engine 30 is operating, and outputs a notification command signal for providing the alarm buzzer 61 and the user management system 62 with a command to notify that maintenance is necessary when it is determined that the clogging continues.

A cooling controller for the cooling device includes a processing circuit configured to execute an operation process for operating, when the engine-driven pump is driven, the switching element by setting a duty cycle of an activation time to a switching cycle, which is a reciprocal of a switching frequency of the switching element, to be a larger value when a temperature of the internal combustion engine is low than when the temperature is high and a cycle varying process for setting a longer switching cycle when the temperature of the internal combustion engine is less than a preset temperature than when the temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling fan control device for a construction machine, whereby the effects of heat caused by warm-up operation can be suppressed. This cooling fan control device is equipped with a control unit (10a) that controls the rotational speed of a cooling fan (21) in accordance with a main pump discharge pressure (P) detected by a main pump discharge pressure sensor (25), an engine cooling water temperature (Tw) detected by an engine cooling water temperature sensor (26), a hydraulic oil temperature (To) detected by a hydraulic oil temperature sensor (27), and an engine rotational speed (E) detected by an engine rotational speed sensor (28). The cooling fan (21) is rotated at the rotational speed controlled by the control unit (10a), thereby sending the generated cooling air to an oil cooler (19) and a control valve (13).
