摘要: When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.

The traveling drive unit (52) controls a vehicle speed based upon the acceleration command (SA) and the braking command (SB).

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control system for a work machine that is capable of reducing the loss caused by flow division while reducing a decrease in the speed of a hydraulic actuator due to a combined operation. The hydraulic control system for a work machine includes a first hydraulic actuator, one hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic actuator, and another hydraulic pump. The hydraulic control system further includes operating instruction detection means and pump flow control means. The operating instruction detection means detects that operating instructions are issued to the first hydraulic actuator and the second hydraulic actuator. The pump flow control means individually adjusts the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump and the another hydraulic pump in accordance with operation amounts designated by the operating instructions for the first and second hydraulic actuators. When the first and second hydraulic actuators are simultaneously operated, the pump flow control means increases the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump to a higher rate than when the first hydraulic actuator is operated and the second hydraulic actuator is not operated.

摘要: A plurality of rotating side brake disks (47) and a plurality of non-rotating side brake disks (48) are arranged outside in the radial direction from a motor shaft (25) in a brake case (32) while alternately overlapping with each other. A frictional material (48B) is provided on the non-rotating side brake disk (48), and an oil groove (48F) is provided in a frictional engaging surface (48E) of this frictional material (48B). It is configured such that, when a braking force is applied by a brake piston (49) to the motor shaft (25), lubricant oil (59) flowing into the brake case (32) from a lubricant oil inlet port (40) flows from the outer diameter side to the inner diameter side between the rotating side brake disk (47) and the non-rotating side brake disk (48) only through the oil groove (48F). As a result, the lubricant oil (59) having flowed into the brake case (32) efficiently cools the frictional engaging surface (48E).

摘要: In an industrial machine, the work safety is further improved by eliminating blind spots from an image displayed on a monitor. A hydraulic excavator 1 which is the industrial machine is equipped with monitoring cameras 15F, 15B, 15L, 15R mounted in the respective places of a revolving upperstructure 3 in order to capture images for monitoring. A monitor 20 displays camera images 21F, 21B, 21L, 21R obtained by the cameras as well as an icon image 21C of an image illustration of the hydraulic excavator 1. The cameras 15F, 15L, 15R are mounted at the distal ends of support arms 40F, 40L, 40R to be located in positions jutting from a revolving upperstructure main unit 3a of the revolving upperstructure 3, so that a hidden area under the underside of a catwalk 14 provided on the revolving upperstructure 3 falls within the field of view.

摘要: When temperature is low, a low-temperature mode is selected, followed by the activation of the heating mode functionality 25a of a PCU 25. Specifically, the PCU 25 sets the ratio of energy recovered by a capacitor 23 to be equal to or greater than the largest value of the energy recovery ratios of the capacitor 23 in a normal mode (e.g., assist motor 22 : capacitor 23 = 2 : 8). Thus, more energy is stored on the capacitor 23 than in the normal mode, helping the capacitor 23 generates heat. As a result, the liquid temperature of the coolant is increased, and its viscosity is reduced accordingly. As above, the invention provides a simple cooling system to be mounted on a hybrid working machine, which is capable of preventing decreases in energy efficiency at low temperature.
