The hydraulic system comprises a valve device (6) which is connected between the second consumer and the second hydraulic line, said valve device comprising a first valve port (7), which is connected to the second hydraulic port of the second consumer, and a second valve port (8), which is connected to the second hydraulic line, said valve device being adapted to assume a first, closed valve state when the hydraulic pressure (Pin) in the first hydraulic line falls below a predetermined pressure (P0) and a second, open valve state when the hydraulic pressure in the first hydraulic line exceeds said predetermined pressure, wherein in said closed valve state, the valve device is adapted to prevent hydraulic fluid to flow from the second consumer to the second hydraulic line, and wherein in said open valve state, the valve device is adapted to allow hydraulic fluid to flow from the second consumer to the second hydraulic line.

摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic valve (8) having a hydraulic fluid, in particular for switching a control piston (31, 32) in a connecting rod (1) for variable compression of an internal combustion engine, which hydraulic valve comprises a valve housing (44), which has a first working connection (A1), a second working connection (A2), and a supply connection (P), to which supply connection a hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid can be applied, whereby a movable piston (9) arranged in the valve housing (16) can be displaced against the force of a preloaded spring (10). The piston (9) is selectively lockable in a first switching position (S1) and in a second switching position (S2). An axial shaft (12) arranged in the valve housing (44) has a switching gate (14), whereby the piston (9) can be guided from the first switching position (S1) into the second switching position (S2) and from the second switching position (S2) into the first switching position (S1) by means of a control element (16) guided in the switching gate (14). The invention further relates to a connecting rod (1) having such a hydraulic valve (8).

摘要: A multiplexed hydraulic control system having a plurality of hydraulic channels for individually controlling the positions of a plurality of actuators in the respective channels in accordance with a corresponding plurality of electrical control signals. The system includes a relatively small multiplexing valve or valve array which has a common input and a plurality of individually selected outputs. The multiplexing valve has a control input which is responsive to a source of binary selector signals, such selector signals being used to directly address any particular channel connected to the multiplexer. The system also includes means for modulating a hydraulic signal in accordance with selected ones of the plurality of electrical control signals, and applying the modulated hydraulic signal to the multiplexer common input. Control means then coordinates the addressing of the multiplexer with the modulating of the hydraulic signal to assure that hydraulic signals of the appropriate magnitude are coupled to each addressed channel, thereby to control all of the channels in accordance with the control signals for each channel.

摘要: A multiplexed hydraulic control system in which high force margins for the multiplexer are achieved by employing hydraulic oscillators as the multiplexer driving means. The multiplexer (20) is typically in the form of a hydraulic cylinder (25) having an input port (40) and a plurality of output ports (27,28,41-43), with an operator (26) in the cylinder (25) for individually connecting the input port (40) to the output ports (27,28,41-43). The hydraulic oscillator (30) is mechanically coupled to the multiplexer operator (26), and oscillation of the former causes oscillation of the latter to sequentially connect the input (40) to each of the outputs (27,28,41-43). Various means are taught for initiating reversal of the oscillator (30) and controlling the oscillation speed.
