[Object] To provide a novel damper for a compressor that includes a vibration isolation system that suits the low rotation speed of a compressor of a cooling apparatus. [Solution] A plurality of support projections 14 that support annular mounting portions 17 of a compressor 16 at multiple points are provided at an upper end portion 13 of a cylindrical support 8. The plurality of support projections 14 elastically support the compressor 16 so that the compressor 16 has a high center of gravity and allow the compressor 16 to be laterally displaced by vibration. Moreover, a bellows portion 9 that is elastically deformed while being in contact with the annular mounting portion 17 that becomes laterally displaced is provided. The elastic deformation of the bellows portion 9 buffers the lateral displacement of the compressor 6 and stirs a viscous fluid 3 that fills inside thereof to buffer the vibration.

A shock absorbing device provided with a damping plate damper comprises a viscosity damper including: a case body consisting of an upper flange, a body portion and a lower flange; a resilient member provided with a collar, an outer surface of a body portion thereof and the undersurface of a collar portion thereof being connected to the above-described case body; a center shaft connected to the central portion of the resilient member provided with the collar; a damping plate fixed to the bottom end portion of the center shaft; and a viscous substance filled up in a damper case fixed to the bottom end of the above-described case body. An operator cabin of a construction machine is resiliently supported on a machine body through this shock absorbing device. For this reason, the number of natural vibration of the operator cabin during high speed running of a hydraulic power shovel is increased, whereby resonnance thereof with the mesh-up frequencies by a caterpillar band and a sprocket wheel is avoided, so that effective damping effects can be achieved against the number of vibrations applied in wide ranges by the construction machines and the like, thus improving riding comfort for an operator and the mechanical strength of the operator cabin.

A viscous fluid-sealed damper (1) having a shaft receiving section (2c) in which an installation shaft (3) with a swollen head (3b) is fitted and also having a separation wall (2). At least a portion of the separation wall (2) is constructed from an elastic separation membrane, and the separation wall (2) continues to the periphery of the upper edge of the shaft receiving section (2c) such that the shaft receiving section (2c) extends inward. Viscous fluid is sealed inside the separation wall (2). A positioning section (2f) for positioning the shaft receiving section (2c) is provided at that position of a bottom face (2a) of the separation wall section (2) that faces the shaft receiving section (2c). The viscous fluid-sealed damper can be assembled with good work efficiency and is unlikely to be damaged during assembly.

The base (12) may encircle the body (10) and an inner armature (34) may be mounted generally concentrically in the base (12).
