The invention is characterized in that the cooling chamber (32) and pre-chamber (31) both have a rectangular and roughly equal-sized cross-section and the transmission opening (34) is designed as a rectangular opening extending at least over the total length of the cooling chamber (32) or pre-chamber (31), and in that at the upper end of the cooling chamber (32) are located the outlet pipes (36) for the cooling gas, extending laterally over the entire length.
