Um die Anlagenflexibilität zu erhöhen, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass als Haspeleinrichtung (4) eine Einrichtung umfassend mindestens zwei Rotorhaspeln (4') oder mindestens einen Rotorhaspel (4') und mindestens einen Unterflurhaspel (4") verwendet wird, wobei für das Aufhaspeln eines Bandes (1) mit einer Dicke von weniger als 0,7 mm der mindestens eine Rotorhaspel (4') eingesetzt wird. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines metallischen Bandes im Gießwalzverfahren.
