The secondary battery (100) includes an electrode assembly (110) including a first electrode plate (111) having a first electrode-uncoated portion (111a) protruding to one side, a second electrode plate (112) having a second electrode-uncoated portion (112a) protruding to an opposite side, and a separator (113) between the first and second electrode plates (111, 112); a case (160) accommodating the electrode assembly (110) and having a bottom surface (161) and long and short side surfaces (162, 163) extending upward from the bottom surface (161); and a first current collector plate (120, 120') having a flat portion, parallel to a short side surface (163), that is laser-welded to the first electrode-uncoated portion (111a), and a protrusion portion protruding from the flat portion toward the short side surface (163). A surface treatment part is on the flat portion.

摘要: A battery cell (12), suitable for use in an electric vehicle, comprises a prismatic conductive casing (13) having an electrically conductive casing body (14) with a width (W), a height (H) and a thickness (T) and having a generally rectangular cross-section when seen in the thickness direction (z).
A stack (16,16') of layer assemblies is accommodated in the casing body, each layer assembly comprising a cathode layer, an anode layer and a separator layer there between, the layers extending in a width direction (x) and in a height direction (y) and being of a generally rectangular shape, a stack height extending in the thickness direction (z).
The cathode and anode layers each comprise a cathode tab and an anode tab, respectively, one set of tabs (18,18') extending in the width direction (x) along a lower part (19), substantially along the width (W) of the casing (13) and being in conductive contact with a bottom (20) of the casing (13).
A conductive cover (15) is attached to the casing body (14) and defines a top plane (37) of the battery cell (12), a first terminal (25) being situated at or near the top plane, conductively connected to the cover (15).
The other set of tabs (22,51,51') extend in the width direction (x) along a section of an upper part (23) of the layer stack and is connected to a conductor (48,52,53) that projects through an opening in the cover (15) via an insulator member (17,38,43,44,55).-

摘要: The present invention provides a lithium-ion battery, including: a housing and a separator located inside the housing, where the separator separates internal space of the housing into a plurality of receiving cavities, battery core groups are disposed inside the receiving cavities, the battery core groups each include at least one pole shank, and the battery core groups are connected in series; and at least one separator is provided with a liquid injection hole, and the liquid injection hole is used to connect two adjacent receiving cavities on two sides of the separator; and a block mechanism, where the block mechanism is located inside the housing, the block mechanism enables the liquid injection hole to be in a predetermined state, and the predetermined state includes an open state and a closed state. The battery provided in the present invention ensures isolation and safety of each battery core group while facilitating liquid injection.
