摘要: An object is to provide an electrochemical module capable of suppressing gas leakage, an electrochemical device, and an energy system. An electrochemical module M includes: a stack obtained by stacking, in a predetermined stacking direction, a plurality of electrochemical elements having a configuration in which an electrode layer, an electrolyte layer, and a counter electrode layer are formed along a substrate, via an annular sealing portion through which first gas that is one of reducing component gas and oxidative component gas flows; a container 200 that includes an upper cover 201 for pressing a first flat face in the stacking direction of the stack and a lower cover 203 for pressing a second flat face on a side opposite to the first flat face, the stack being clamped between the upper cover 201 and the lower cover 203; an elastic lower plate-like member 220B arranged between the first flat face and the upper cover 201; and a first gas supply portion 61 and a first gas discharge portion 62 connected to the second flat face in a state of being in communication with the annular sealing portion.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a fuel cell comprising a stack of unit cells separated by bipolar plates, each unit cell including at least one anode element and one cathode element separated by an ion-exchange membrane, a reinforcing element and a gas diffusion layer, said method comprising the following steps: a step in which a silicone seal is produced by means of screen printing; a step in which the silicone seal is positioned on the reinforcing element; a step in which the components of the unit cell are assembled; and a step in which a bipolar plate is positioned on each side of the unit cell. These steps are repeated as many times as necessary depending on the stack size desired.

摘要: In an electrochemical device of an embodiment, a cell stack has a spacer disposed to be arranged next to an insulating sealing member in a direction orthogonal to a stack direction. A plurality of the spacers are arranged in the stack direction between a pair of end plates, and the spacer is interposed between a pair of separators adjacently arranged in the stack direction. The spacer is formed of a material whose thickness reduction ratio when an operation of the electrochemical device is executed is smaller than that of the insulating sealing member. Before the execution of the operation of the electrochemical device, the thickness of the spacer is thinner than the thickness of the insulating sealing member. Further, the thickness of the spacer keeps a state of being equal to or less than the thickness of the insulating sealing member when the operation of the electrochemical device is executed.

Der Stützabschnitt dient in einer Ausprägung auch dazu, unterschiedliche Dichtbereiche mechanisch miteinander zu verbinden. Ferner wird eine Brennstoffzelle mit einer solchen Zelldichtung (10), wobei die Zelldichtung (10) zwischen zwei Bipolarplatten (111, 112) angeordnet ist, und ein Verfahren (200) zum Herstellen der Zelldichtung (10) offenbart.

The separator plate comprises: a central portion (31) with a comparatively recessed bottom face (32) supporting the solid oxide cell, and an outward face (34), opposite the recessed bottom face, contacting an adjacent solid electrochemical cell; and a border portion (36) providing a compactivity raised top (37) and an upstanding sidewall (38). The seal element (40) extends between the raised top face of the border portion and an opposing bottom face (39) of adjacent separator plate. A separation distance between the recessed bottom face and the outward face of an adjacent separator plate as defined by a combined height of the seal element and the upstanding sidewall matches a thickness of the solid electrochemical cell.
