摘要: Disclosed is a cell pouch film, comprising at least an outer layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer structured in that order, wherein the sealant layer is formed by extrusion on the barrier layer, wherein the sealant layer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -10°C to -7°C, and wherein a crystallinity of the sealant layer is 28% to 32%, a preparation method thereof, a secondary battery using the cell pouch film, and a manufacturing method for the secondary battery. The sealing strength of the pouch film may be maintained or increased at high temperatures, thereby providing excellent high-temperature stability, which prevents electrolyte leakage during battery use in high-temperature environments and ensures battery safety with fewer defects.

The current collector includes a loop-shaped portion configured to surround a periphery of a central axis of the electrode assembly to define an opening region that exposes the first electrode tab; a tab coupling portion configured to extend toward the opening region from an inner side of the loop-shaped portion adjacent to the opening region and coupled with the first electrode tab exposed through the opening region; and a housing coupling portion configured to extend toward the inner circumference of the battery housing from an outer side of the loop-shaped portion and coupled with the battery housing.

摘要: Some embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, and a method and device for manufacturing a battery cell, and relate to the field of batteries. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, and an end cap. The housing includes a sidewall and a bottom wall. The sidewall encloses the bottom wall on all sides. The sidewall and the bottom wall jointly define an accommodation cavity with an opening made at one end. The electrode assembly is disposed in the accommodation cavity. The end cap is configured to cover the opening. The sidewall includes a body portion and an end portion. The body portion is connected to the bottom wall. The end portion is connected to an end of the body portion, the end being away from the bottom wall. An outer peripheral surface of the end cap is welded to an inner surface of the end portion. A first stepped face is formed between the inner surface of the end portion and an inner surface of the body portion. The first stepped face is configured to restrict the end cap from moving closer to the bottom wall. The first stepped face is formed on the inner surface of the housing of the battery cell. The first stepped face can define the position of the end cap during mounting of the end cap, and can block out a laser beam during the welding between the outer peripheral surface of the end cap and the inner surface of the end portion, so as to prevent the laser beam from burning the electrode assembly.

This implements a current cutoff function dealing with rise in pressure within the case without impairing electrical characteristics of the storage element and the external terminal.

摘要: The present invention relates to a button-type secondary battery, and more particularly, to a button-type secondary battery, which has strong coupling so that a gas that is harmful to the human body does not leak to the outside of the battery even though an excessive internal pressure is generated by the gas generated inside the battery, and an electrolyte does not leak to the outside of the battery, is improved in a vacuum ratio occupied by an electrode assembly within the battery to maximize battery capacity and energy density, and is simplified and convenient in manufacturing process to improve production efficiency.
The button-type secondary battery according to the present invention relates to a button-type secondary battery, of which a diameter is greater than a height, comprises: an electrode assembly; a lower can in which the electrode assembly is inserted and on which a first screw thread is formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; an upper can which is configured to cover an opening of an upper end of the lower can and on which a second screw thread corresponding to the first screw thread is formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof; and an insulator interposed between the upper can and the lower can to prevent the upper can and the lower can from being short-circuited, wherein the electrode assembly is formed by stacking a plurality of first electrodes, a separator, and a second electrode in a horizontal direction, and a first electrode tab extending from the first electrodes of the electrode assembly is in contact with the upper can.
