摘要： This application provides a method for transmitting a data packet of a media stream and a communication apparatus. The method includes: An access network element receives M data packets of a media stream from a user plane network element; when a network resource of the access network element cannot satisfy a transmission requirement of a terminal device, the access network element drops N data packets with lower priorities in the M data packets, where N≤M; and the access network element sends, to the terminal device, a data packet that is not dropped and sequence numbers that represent sending sequences of the data packets and that are carried in the N data packets, and receives, from the terminal device, an ACK feedback for the sequence numbers carried in the N data packets. In this solution, only a data packet with a higher priority in the media stream is transmitted, and the data packet with a lower priority is dropped, so that video playback experience on a user side can be substantially ensured. In addition, the terminal device performs ACK feedback. This avoids retransmission of the N data packets on a server side, and further ensures transmission of the data packet with the higher priority.

摘要： A system and method for post filtering signal peak reduction adapted for use in a multi-carrier communication system incorporating a source of a multi-carrier communication signal band limited in plural bands corresponding to the plural carriers. A first signal path receives as an input the band limited multi-carrier communication signal. A second parallel signal path includes a peak reduction calculation circuit for calculating a peak reduction correction signal and a plurality of filters providing a plurality of parallel filtering operations on the peak reduction correction signal corresponding to the plural bands to which the communication system is limited. The filtered peak reduction correction signals and delayed input signal are combined to provide peak adjusted output signals without violating the band limits of the communication signal or the modulation scheme of the communication signal.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for processing a charging request. Upon receipt of the charging request, a merged charging System will determine the types of all charging activities related to the charging request and a charging entity corresponding to each type of the charging activities based on the information contained in the charging request. First, some rules are preset in the merged charging System; then, these rules are executed in sequence based on the information contained in the charging request, and for a rule whose condition is met, its corresponding charging entity is determined. Next, charging is performed simultaneously on all the determined charging entities, and a piece of charging information record is generated for each of the charging entities. By using the present method, the merging of B2C charging and B2B charging can be implemented with only one charging System, which covers almost all charging activities; and thereby the present invention can dramatically reduce the costs for construction and maintenance, save valuable network resources, and improve processing efficiency.
