The present invention provides a video player application platformed functioning as application implemented as interactive video, said platform comprised of: - Builder module for generating video segments frames, each representing an application screen at each operation state the application which reflects all possible activation screen results or functionality of the application, wherein the generated video frame may include static parts objects or dynamic objected which are determined, generate or selected when the video is played at real time, entering text /image video by the user wherein the generated frames include position of all button off the application ; Interaction module configured to receive input and apply action or gesture by the user the application screen while the video is streaming; application management module for applying all actions in the application or outside the application.

The present disclosure relates to a method for restitution of an availability of an item of audiovisual content in a receiver-decoder device, comprising a reception, from a first network of a first item of information representative of an availability of an item of content broadcast by the first network, via the intermediary of the second network, a restitution of a second item of information representative of the availability of the item of content on the second network, the second item of information depending on the first item of information received.
Abstract:
A method of providing interaction options to a user of a device is described. The device is capable of receiving broadcast content from a broadcaster and content via a network. The method comprises receiving, at the device, both broadcast content and a call-to-action related to the broadcast content. The call-to-action is received via a network. The method includes presenting the broadcast content and the call-to-action to the user, receiving a trigger signal from the user in response to the call-to-action, and initiating, in response to the trigger signal, an interaction over the network between the user and a call-to-action party associated with the call-to-action. The method enables an interaction to be established between the user and the call-to-action party regardless of whether the call-to-action party is the same entity as or a different entity to the broadcaster.

Embodiments of the invention relate to user interfaces and systems and methods for generating a real-time "lean-back" user interface for use with a television or other display device and for reuse of encoded elements for forming a video frame of the user interface. An interactive session is established between a client device associated with a user's television and the platform for creating the user interface over a communication network, such as a cable television network. The user interface is automatically generated by the platform and is animated even without interactions by the user with an input device. The user interface includes a plurality of interactive animated assets. The animated assets are capable of changing over time (e.g. different images, full-motion video) and are also capable of being animated so as to change screen position, rotate, move etc. over time. A hash is maintained of cached encoded assets and cached elements that may be reused within a user session and between user sessions.
