摘要: The present disclosure relates to an acid-base neutralizer. The base is distributed inside the reactor and the acid is added through an acid sparger at the bottom of a lower cylindrical section of the reactor after dilution with the neutralized product in an injection pipe. The acid sparger is fully located inside a vertical part of the injection pipe and both the acid sparger and the vertical section of the injection pipe are coaxially arranged with the vertical axis defined by the lower cylindrical section of the reactor.

摘要: The invention provides a highly reliable pressure sensor module that maintains a strength of a joining layer that joins a flow channel substrate to a semiconductor element on which a strain detection unit is mounted. A pressure sensor module according to the invention includes, inside a flow channel substrate, a flow channel configured to allow system water to flow therethrough and a branch channel connected to the flow channel, in which a semiconductor element on which a strain detection unit is mounted is joined to the flow channel substrate via a joining layer at an outlet portion of the branch channel so as to close the outlet portion of the branch channel. A moisture prevention film is provided so as to cover a surface of the flow channel substrate in the branch channel, a surface of the joining layer in the branch channel, and a surface of the semiconductor element on a side where the strain detection unit is not mounted.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and a process for preparing isocyanates by reacting the corresponding amines with phosgene in the liquid phase, wherein either the amine as a first reactant and the phosgene as a second reactant or the phosgene as a first reactant and the amine as a second reactant are mixed in a mixing chamber (1) to form a reaction mixture and the reaction mixture is fed to a reactor, the first reactant being added through a coaxial inlet (3) penetrating a back plane (2) of the mixing chamber (1) and extending coaxially into the mixing chamber (1) with an orifice (4) opening out into the mixing chamber (1) at a distance L1 to the back plane (2), and the second reactant being added through radial orifices (5) opening out into the mixing chamber (1) in at least a first plane (6) arranged perpendicular to the axis (8) of the mixing chamber (1), wherein all radial orifices (5) are arranged upstream of the orifice (4) of the coaxial inlet (3) in the main flow direction of the reaction mixture.
