摘要: The present invention relates to a ceramic sintered compact having the embossed surface, a method for manufacturing the same, and a heat treatment member consisting of the ceramic sintered compact. A ceramic sintered compact having embossment satisfying the requirements (a) to (d) on the surface: (a) a maximum height of protruding parts of the embossment: Ry is 30 µm or less, (b) a width of protruding parts of the embossment is 120 µm or less, (c) a difference between a maximum height and a minimum height of protruding parts of the embossment is 15 µm or less, and (d) the number of protruding parts of the embossment is 30 to 200 in an area of 1 mm 2 of the surface.
