Verfahren zur Herstellung von filmförmigen Polymeren von Pyrrolen durch elektrochemische Polymerisation von Pyrrolen mit oder ohne Comonomeren, beim dem in einem Elektrolyt-Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart von Leitsalzen die Elektrolyse kontinuierlich betrieben wird, indem fortlaufend durch die Elektrolyt-Lösung flächenförmig ausgebildetes anodenaktives Material durchgeführt wird, auf dem sich das Pyrrol-Polymere filmförmig abscheidet. Hierzu kann, wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, in einem Elektrolyse-Gefäß (1), welches die Elektrolyt-Lösung (2) und eine darin eingetauchte Kathode (3) enthält, als Anode eine Zylinder-Walze (4), die zumindest teilweise in die Elektrolyt-Lösung (2) eintaucht, rotieren, wobei sich auf der als anodenaktives Material ausgebildeten Oberfläche (5) der Zylinder-Walze (4) das filmförmige Polymere der Pyrrole (6) abscheidet, weiches danach von der anodenaktiven Oberfläche (5) der Zylinder-Walze (4) abgezogen wird.
