The valve body penetrates and seals the drain port, the first opening, the sealed chamber and the second opening of the valve body cooperate to form a channel for communicating the inside of a case with the outside thereof, and the water-soluble assembly is arranged in the channel and blocks the channel, such that after water/a cooling liquid enters the channel through the first opening and contacts the water-soluble member of the water-soluble assembly, the water-soluble member is dissolved, and the channel is unblocked, thereby enabling the water/the cooling liquid to be discharged through the second opening. Therefore, the use danger of a battery can be reduced.
