摘要: A method of preparing a dry electrode film, a dry electrode, and a lithium battery are provided. The method includes providing a dry mixture including a dry electrode active material and a dry binder, and processing the dry mixture into a dry electrode film by utilizing a rolling device including a first calender roll and a second calender roll, where the first calender roll has a first rotational speed, and the second calender roll has a second rotational speed, a ratio of the first rotational speed to the second rotational speed is in a range of 1 :greater than 1 to about 1:6, the dry electrode active material includes a first electrode active material and a second electrode active material, and a particle diameter of the first electrode active material is different from a particle diameter of the second electrode active material.

The binder contains a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer composition. the tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer composition contains a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer and a macromolecular compound containing an ionic group. The binder is contained in an amount of 0.3% by mass or more and 8% by mass or less relative to the electrochemical device mixture.

In addition, the invention relates to a coated electrode and a solid electrolyte cell comprising a coated electrode.-
