An information processing apparatus (100) according to the present disclosure obtains foreground information indicating a region corresponding to a foreground object in each of captured images obtained by causing multiple image capturing devices configured to capture images of an image capturing region from varying directions to perform image capturing, respectively, and distance information indicating a distance from a reference point to the foreground object (S510, S550), and obtains three-dimensional shape data indicating a three-dimensional shape of the foreground object based on the foreground information and the distance information (S570). If the distance information is unobtainable by a first obtaining method, the information processing apparatus 100 obtains the distance information by a second obtaining method, and at least one of the first obtaining method and the second obtaining method uses at least part of the multiple image capturing devices as a stereo camera to obtain the distance information.

In this application, a terminal device sends first information to a cloud device, where the first information indicates a posture and a location of the terminal device at a first moment. Then, the terminal device receives information about a first field of view image from the cloud device, where the first field of view image is a field of view image corresponding to the posture and the location of the terminal device at the first moment. The terminal device displays an image within a field of view range of the terminal device at a second moment based on the information about the first field of view image and a posture change and a location change of the terminal device from the first moment to the second moment. This can effectively shorten a time period from the second moment at which the posture and the location of the terminal device change to a moment at which the terminal device displays the image within the field of view range of the terminal device at the second moment, thereby reducing an image display latency and further improving user experience.
