Since there is the gas with density lower than the air (nitrogen) in the process chamber 5, the attainable length of the electron beam from the electron beam tube is made long or its attainable range is made large.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantization communication method and its system by which teleportation of quantization bits is realized. SOLUTION: A 1st particle [1] having a quantum condition in response to information to be transmitted, and 2nd and 3rd particles [2], [3] correlated with each other including a tangled state in terms of quantum mechanics are prepared. The 1st particle [1] and the 2nd particle [2] are possessed by a sender and the 3rd particle [3] is possessed by a receiver. The sender and the receiver have in common a state 16 of mixing a quantum condition obtained by a synthesis system of the 2nd and 3rd particles [2], [3] and a quantum condition obtained by a product state between the quantum condition of the 1st particle [1] and its orthogonal state at a prescribed ratio. The measurement result conducted by the sender in the system consisting of the 1st and 2nd particles [1], [2] is sent to the receiver through a classic communication path, and the receiver reproduces the quantum condition lost from the 1st particle [1] by the 3rd particle [3] by measuring the 3rd particle [3] based on the information sent through the classic communication path.
