The first light-transmitting part has an optical function different from that of the second light-transmitting part. At least a top end of the first light-transmitting part preferably has an inverted U-shape cross-sectional form. The first light-transmitting parts preferably comprise a resin matrix and a light diffusing agent included in the matrix.
