Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict change of a load characteristic with fatigue of a torsion coil spring to an allowable level, in regard to a structure for energizing by making a coil part side surface of the torsion coil spring abut on an energized member. SOLUTION: In this structure 10, an arm 22 of the torsion coil spring 20 is supported by a first member 12 freely to slide in the axial direction, and a coil part 24 of the torsion coil spring 20 is made to abut on a second member 16 so that the second member 16 is energized to the initial position by flexible reaction force of the coil part 24. In the condition wherein the second member 16 is set at the initial position, when energizing force of the torsion coil spring is Pv, element wire diameter of the torsion coil spring is d, a distance in the height direction from the center of spring of the coil part 24 to the arm support position is H, and a distance in the lateral direction is W, adjustment is performed to satisfy a formula Pv*W/[d 3 *cos 2 {tan -1 (H/W)}]
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter member which is made lightweight while excellently keeping the cooling capacity for cooling a gas and filtration capacity for filtering residues mixed in the gas and to provide a method for manufacturing the filter member. SOLUTION: A main stream filtration part 22 and a subsidiary stream filtration part 23 the number of whose reticulated layers is smaller than that of the reticulated layers of the main stream filtration part 22 are formed in a cylindrical filter 19 being a main body of this filter member. When the filter 19 is placed in an inflater 10, the filter 19 is placed so that the main stream filtration part 22 is opposed to each of gas emitting ports 20 of the inflater 10 in the axial direction of the inflater. As a result, the majority of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas generated in a chamber part 17 in large quantities is made to pass through the main stream filtration part 22 from the inside to the outside in the radial direction. A part of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas of the volume smaller than that of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas made to pass through the main stream filtration part 22 is made to pass through the subsidiary stream filtration part 23. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sliding performance of a screen, in a screen rise and fall device. SOLUTION: An end part 11c as the left and right ends of a screen 10, is sewn by being folded back so as to wrap in a wire rod 12 such as a wire having a cross section of a substantially circular shape. Thus, when adopting a raw material having a friction coefficient smaller than a conventional locking part as the screen, the sliding performance of the screen can be improved more than when the conventional locking part contacts with the inside of a guide rail. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a control cable containing a lubricant easily applicable with less number of steps and the control cable containing the lubricant having excellent sliding performance irrespective of the types of inner cable. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the control cable containing the lubricant G comprising a tube-like outer cable 10 and the inner cable 20 slidably inserted into the outer cable 10 comprises a lubricant composition coating step for coating a lubricant composition G' on the inner peripheral surface part of the outer cable 10 by flowing the lubricant composition G' containing the lubricant G and an organic solvent diluting the lubricant G from one end side 32 to the other end side 33 of the outer cable 10, a lubricant coating step for forming a lubricant film formed of the lubricant G by evaporating the organic solvent, and an assembling step for inserting the inner cable 20 into the outer cable 10.
