摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation accelerating material with which the rapid production of a good-quality organic fertilizer having a fast-acting property is made possible by fermenting the organic raw materials to be fermented, such as livestock excrement, food left-overs and activated sludge, under the reduction of the generation amount and generation period of ammonia, a process for producing the organic fertilizer using this fermentation accelerating material and a method for suppressing the generation of the ammonia in livestock barns. SOLUTION: This fermentation accelerating material contains heat-resistant bacteria and, in some cases, corrosion acids for assimilation of wheat bran and/or powder and organic material, and is regulated in pH to 6.0 to 8.5. The organic fertilizer is produced by formulating the fermentation accelerating material at a ratio of 0.2 to 25 pts.wt. in the amount of the wheat bran and/or powder per 100 pts.wt. raw material to be fermented and fermenting the mixture. The fermentation accelerating material or the organic fertilizer is sprayed to the livestock barns.
