    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device enabling the easy commonization of a pump module and capable of preventing the radial size of the pump module from increasing.
    SOLUTION: The pump module 20 comprises a fuel pump 21, a fuel filter 23, a pressure regulator 60, and a level gauge 64. The pump module 20 is stored in a fuel tank. A tubular connection part 28 is formed to be projected to the side of a filter case 24. A shaft is connected to the connection part 28, and connects a flange closing the opening part of the fuel tank to the filter case 24. The connection part 28 connected to the shaft is installed in a virtual circle 110 passing the outer periphery of the filter case 24 and the outer periphery of the level gauge 64 projected to the side of the filter case 24 and storing the pressure regulator 60 and the level gauge 64.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeder which easily couples a pressure regulator with a jet pump when assembling a pump module to a sub tank, and requires no pipe in coupling the pressure regulator with the jet pump. SOLUTION: A first rib and a second rib 48 are formed on a lid part 36 of a filter case 32. A fuel inlet 72 of the jet pump 70 is formed in an inner side of a bottom part of the sub tank 20. An inner circumferential surface 73 of the fuel inlet 72 is contraction-tapered toward a direction in which a fuel outlet 61 of the pressure regulator 60 is coupled. When a pump module is assembled to the sub tank 20, the fuel outlet 61 of the pressure regulator 60 is guided by the inner circumferential surface 73 of the fuel inlet 72 of the jet pump 70, and coupled with the fuel inlet 72.     SOLUTION: A shaft 30 connects a flange 12 to the case body 26 of the pump module 20. One of the shaft 30 is press-fitted to the press-fitted part 13 of a flange 12, and the other is inserted into a projected part 28 projected from the side of a filter case 24. Rubber parts 40 of the same shape are fitted to opening parts in both axial sides of the projected part 28. On the flange 12 side and the anti-flange side of the projected part 28, a washer 50 is fitted to a small diameter part 32 so as to hold a vibration isolation member 40 in the clearance thereof from the projected part 28. A clip 52 is fitted to the small diameter part 32 on the opposite side of the vibration isolating member 40 of the lower side washer 50. The clip 52 prevents the shaft 20 from coming off the projected part 28.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeder of less noise for easily connecting a pressure regulator to a jet pump.
    SOLUTION: The fuel feeder 10 is accommodated in a fuel tank. Two projection parts having a claw 47 on a fuel discharge side 42 of a fuel pump 40 are formed at positions separate from each other in the circumferential direction. The claws 47 are fitted to and engaged with opening parts 38 formed in a filter case 32 to prevent the fuel pump 40 from being fallen from the filter case 32. The whole periphery on the fuel discharge side 42 of the fuel pump 40 is press-fitted to a cylindrical press-fitting part 37 of the filter case 32. A fuel suction side 48 of the fuel pump 40 is not supported by other components, but in a free state. A fuel inlet of a pressure regulator 60 is directly coupled with the fuel outlet of the filter case 32. A fuel outlet 62 of the pressure regulator 60 is directly coupled with a fuel inlet 72 of a jet pump 70 formed on the inner side of a bottom part of a sub tank 20.
