PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing resin composition which shows little hardening shrinkage, has a low refractive index and reflectivity and is excellent in scratch resistance, and an anti-reflection film. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curing resin composition contains (A) an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing fluoropolymer and (B) a compound having a cage-like silsesquioxane skeleton. SOLUTION: The molding device 1 is provided with a stage 2 to hold a base substrate 9, a supply part 3 to supply a photosensitive material onto the base substrate 9, a layer formation part 4 to spread the supplied photosensitive material and form a material layer, and a light irradiation part 5 to emit a space-modulated light beam to the material layer. In addition, the molding device 1 repeats formation of the material layer and emission of the light so as to arrange and form a number of molded objects with elasticity for micro probe on the base substrate 9 within a narrow range at a micro interval in highly positional accuracy.
