PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermally conductive member capable of transferring heat generated from a single cell efficiently to a cooling section at a low cost.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive member is arranged between single cells when combining the single cells as a battery pack, and includes a sheet-like body having a thermal conductivity of 200 W/mK or more and coming into contact with the housing of single cell on both sides directly or via other member, and an extension extending from the body to the outside of the single cells on both side. The actual length of the extension in the extension direction is 3 mm or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive adhesive sheet excellent in thermally conductivity, adhesion, and retention of the adhesion, and a thermally conductive resin composition forming the same.SOLUTION: This thermally conductive adhesive resin composition contains an acrylic polymer and a metal hydroxide. The weight average molecular weight in terms of standard polystyrene of the toluene-soluble fraction of an adhesive layer, which is formed from the thermally conductive adhesive resin composition, as determined by GPC using a differential refractometer detector is 250,000 or more but less than 400,000 in the high molecular weight region where the molecular weight in terms of polystyrene is 10,000 or more, while being 5,000 or less in the low molecular weight region where the molecular weight in terms of polystyrene is less than 10,000. The adhesive layer formed from the thermally conductive adhesive resin composition has a density of 1.2-1.7 g/cm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which has thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulating properties even when thermally conductive particles are contained in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which contains a phosphate ester-based dispersant containing a phosphate triester and thermally conductive particles. The thermally conductive particles are at least one selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide particles and alumina particles. The content of the thermally conductive particles is preferably 40 to 75 vol.% inclusive based on the total volume (100 vol.%) of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

The thickness of the metal layer 21 is 2 μm to 15 μm, whereas the sum of the thickness Ta of the plastic film layer A and the thickness Tb of the plastic film layer B is 25 μm to 70 μm.
