In a wafer processing tape, circular or tongue-shaped notched parts facing the center of an adhesive layer, as seen in a plan view, are formed so as to correspond to a pasting region to a wafer ring to a depth that reaches a release substrate from the side of a base material film. Due to the formation of the notched parts, when a peeling force acts on the wafer processing tape, portions of a tacky material layer and the base material film which are more outward than the notched parts are peeled off first, and a portion that is more inward than the notched parts remains on the wafer ring in a protruding state. Accordingly, a peeling strength between the wafer processing tape and the wafer ring can be increased and the wafer processing tape can be suppressed from being peeled off from the wafer ring during processes.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which can reduce pasting failure to a wafer by suppressing generation of voids between an adhesive layer and a self-adhesive film, and can be favorably expanded without tearing the self-adhesive film even when increasing an amount and/or speed of expansion.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 10, wound in a roll form, includes: a long release film 11; an adhesive layer 12 provided on the release film 11 in a label shape; and a self-adhesive film 13 provided so as to cover the adhesive layer 12, having a label part 13a disposed to come into contact with the release film 11 at the periphery of the adhesive layer 12 and a surrounding part 13b so as to surround the outside of the label part 13a, where through-holes 14 penetrating the release film 11 are provided at positions outside the adherend-foreseen portion 15 and including a portion corresponding to the inside of the label part 13a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive thermosetting adhesive tape which can exhibit extremely stable electric conductivity in a long-time use and a use in a severe environment even if pasted in a small pasting area.SOLUTION: This conductive thermosetting adhesive tape is characterized in that: the tape has a thermosetting adhesive layer at the single face side of metal foil; a pre-curing adhesion force of the thermosetting adhesive layer is not smaller than 2N/20 mm; and a post-curing adhesion force of the thermosetting adhesive layer is not smaller than 10N/20 mm. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape has the thermosetting adhesive layer at the singe face side of the metal foil, and has a terminal which is exposed on the surface of the side of the thermosetting adhesive layer. It is preferable that the total area of the terminal existing per 30 mmof the thermosetting adhesive layer is 0.1 to 5 mm.
