Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join resin members preferably and easily by using laser beam even when the resin members are formed of a material having laser beam impermeability.SOLUTION: At least parts of resin members 10 and 11 having laser beam impermeability are overlapped via a light absorption material 12 absorbing laser beam L and melting because of its temperature rise, thus forming an overlapping part 14. The laser beam L is directly applied to the light absorption material 12 in the overlapping part 14 to cause a temperature rise and melt the light absorption member 12. Heat is transmitted from the molten light absorption member 12 to a portion where the overlapping part 14 is formed in the resin members 10 and 11, so that the portion melts. Then the overlapping part 14 molten in that manner is cooled and solidified, so that the overlapping part 14 is joined and integrated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper having high visibility by visual observation of a side seal part, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A diaper 50B is an underpants type disposable diaper which includes an absorbent body 2, and an exterior body 3 arranged on a skin non-contact surface side of the absorbent body 2 to fix the absorbent body 2, and in which a pair of side seal parts 4 and 4, a waist opening part 8, and a pair of leg opening parts 9 and 9 are formed by connecting both right and left side edge parts of the exterior body 3 in a front body F to both right and left side edge parts of the exterior body 3 in a back body R. The side seal part 4 includes near the side seal part 4, side seal part visibility improving means (level difference 53) having low visibility by visual observation when wearing the diaper 50B, and capable of increasing visibility by visual observation of the side seal part 4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet fused body that has sealed edges in which the edges of a plurality of sheets are fused in a stacked manner, is excellent in the flexibility and the texture of the sealed edges, and also has practically sufficient fusion strength.SOLUTION: One surface of a belt-like sheet stack 10 (a diaper continuous body) in which a plurality of sheets are stacked is brought into contact with a support member 21 having light-passing sections 27 that allow laser light 30 to pass therethrough. Then, the belt-like sheet stack 10 in a pressurized state is irradiated with laser light 30 of a wavelength which is absorbed by the sheets constituting the sheet stack 10 and causes the heat generation of the sheets through the light-passing sections 27 from the support member 21 side, thereby dividing the belt-like sheet stack 10 into parts, and simultaneously fusing the cut edges of the plurality of sheets in the pressurized state generated by the division to each other in order to form sealed edges 4 (side sealed sections) in which the edges of the plurality of sheets are fused in a stacked state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing apparatus easily joining a bone with an implant material in a short period of time.SOLUTION: The laser processing apparatus applies a laser beam to the bone and the implant material to perform a laser processing of the bone and the implant material. The laser processing apparatus includes a laser irradiation section that applies the laser beam to the implant material 52 to puncture a hole in the implant material 52, then by applying the laser beam to a bone 51 placed close to the implant material 52, melts the implant material 52 and punctures a hole in the bone 51, fills the interior of the hole of the bone with the molten implant material, with the molten implant material 52 swelled, and joins the bone 51 with the implant material 52.
