SOLUTION: This invention relates to the pinion valve body and the pinion valve assembly of an automobile equipped with the valve body. A sleeve push-in part on the lower side is completed by integrally forming a sleeve to block an oil flow by being pushed into the lower side of a spline of the pinion valve body and the pinion valve body by a sintering method to shorten the manufacturing process of the pinion valve body and to reduce the cost of it by eliminating an additional working process such as the working of the sleeve push-in part, the push-in of the sleeve, the spline, etc.

Piping L connecting between the cylinder chamber 23b and the rotary valve 27 is provided with a flow rate variable valve 24 capable of limiting a flow rate of the oil passing therethrough. During the time when the vehicle tows a towed vehicle, a flow rate of the oil passing through the flow rate variable valve 24 is adjusted to restrict movement of the hydraulic cylinder 23.

The pressure command is prepared by compensating the flow pressure loss attributable to the increase in the viscosity by the pressure compensation value, and the steering feeling does not become heavy during a cold condition or the like.
