PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of an endless rubber product.SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing apparatus of an endless rubber product includes a cavity 80 formed to have a product shape corresponding to an endless rubber product, a gate unit 70, a feeding unit 40 in which a yet-to-be-cross-linked rubber composition 30 is scheduled to be configured, an aperture unit 43 opened on the feeding unit 40, and a plunger 50 for pressing the rubber composition 30 configured within the feeding unit 40. The gate unit 70 is formed along the inner circumferential surface or outer circumferential surface of the cavity 80, whereas the gate unit 70 and the aperture unit 43 mutually linked, whereas the neighboring distance of the gate unit 70 and the aperture unit 43 is at least 0 mm and no longer than 10 mm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost metal floor post superior in corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: This metal floor post includes: a bedsill plate 13 which has a base material 1 made of an iron-based material and which is installed on a prescribed installation surface; a bearing plate 11 for bearing a floor load; and a turnbuckle portion 16 for adjusting height between the bedsill plate 13 and the bearing plate 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply device capable of replacing properly a rubber seal member, and the rubber seal member.SOLUTION: A plurality of rubber seal members 61-64 different in hues or the like is used as seal members, in this fluid supply device 1 including a plurality of flow channels, and the seal members for preventing a fluid from leaking out of the flow channels. The rubber seal member contains a filler comprising a white or transparent inorganic particle, and a colored coloring material, in a rubber material, and contains no carbon black. The rubber seal member can be colored optionally, and is low in a volume change and a hardness change, and hardly deteriorated in sealing performance, when immersed into butyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone and dimethyl amine.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve using a seal member excellent in fluorinated fluid-resistant property, and to provide an evaluation method for a valve.SOLUTION: The valve using a seal member uses the seal member containing 5 to 25 pts.mass of carbon nanofiber and 10 to 40 pts.mass of carbon black with respect to 100 pts.mass of ternary system fluorine-containing elastomer having a fluorine content of 65 mass% or less. The seal member has 8 MPa or more of a stress, on 50% elongation after a liquid-resistant test for immersing in perfluoropolyether (>99.9% [w/w]) at 130°C for 103 hours. The seal member has 4.0% or less of a volume change rate before and after the liquid-resistant test. In the valve V, the seal member 9 is used.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member excellent in fluorocarbon fluid resistance and a valve using the seal member.SOLUTION: The seal member contains 5 pts.mass to 25 pts.mass of carbon nanofiber, 10 pts.mass to 40 pts.mass of carbon black based on 100 pts.mass of a ternary fluorine elastomer containing 65 mass% or more of fluorine. In the seal member, the stress when extended 50% after a liquid resistant test where the seal member is submerged in perfluoropolyether (>99.9%[w/w]) at 130°C for 103 hr is 8 MPa or more. The volume change ratio of the seal member before and after the liquid resistant test is 4.0% or less. The valve V is constituted by using the seal member 9.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing reclaimed rubber which suppresses scattering of a filler and also facilitates smooth desulfurization of raw material rubber even when obtaining the reclaimed rubber from the raw material rubber including a latex-based rubber member. SOLUTION: When obtaining reclaimed rubber from a raw material rubber including a natural rubber latex-based rubber member, such as gloves and thin articles for medical and sanitary use, firstly a moisture removal step ST1 is performed for removing adherent moisture from the latex-based rubber member 21. Then a mix and fracture step ST2 of mixing the raw material rubber in a dried state with reclaimed oil and fracturing the same to produce rubber fragments, a desulfurization step ST3 of desulfurizing the rubber fragments, and a kneading step ST4 of kneading the rubber fragments with a filler are performed.
