Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe bending machine capable of preventing buckling and wall thickness reduction when a pipe is bent, and a pipe bending machine capable of freely changing the circumferential length of the pipe. SOLUTION: The pipe bending machine has a bending die 1 having a groove part of a shape corresponding to the bending shape, a clamp 2, a pressing die 3, a pressing means 8 and a control means 6. The pressing means 8 presses, in the direction of the line, the pipe at a point at which the line passing through a point where the bending die 1 abuts on a pipe p and the center of rotation o intersects with the pressing die 3. No moment unnecessary for the pipe p is applied to the pressing position of the pressing means 8. In addition, by setting the circumferential length of a combined portion of the groove part and the pressing die 3 to be smaller than that of the pipe p, the compressive stress is applied to the pipe p, and buckling on the inner bending side and wall thickness reduction on the outer bending side can be effectively prevented. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition plug with no housing having a few amount of electrode consumption. SOLUTION: This ignition plug comprises a plug body 1 that has a center electrode 11 supplied with high voltage and an insulator 15 for covering and insulating the outer peripheral surface thereof, and has no housing around an insulator leg section 15a positioned at least on the combustion chamber S side of the insulator. The ignition plug also comprises an annular ground electrode 3 that is annularly disposed on the combustion chamber side of a plug hole 21 for storing the plug body, lies near the outer periphery of the tip 11a of the center electrode exposed from the insulator, and is made of an electrode material different from that of a cylinder head. An spark discharge is performed across a discharge gap formed between the tip of the center electrode and the annular ground electrode, thereby igniting compressed fuel/air mixture. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and automatically retrieve data in the past most similar to trouble shooting desired to be retrieved, at simple constitution. SOLUTION: A retrieval key group for an objective case is determined to be input (S1), a retrieval key group for each data in a trouble shooting database is read (S7), similarity between each key in the read retrieval key group for the each data and each retrieval key in the input retrieval key group is acquired in every category of the retrieval key pairs, using a similarity table (S9), and an integrated similarity between the retrieval key group for the each data in the database and the input retrieval key group is calculated based on the acquired similarity between the retrieval keys (S11). This procedure is repeated (S3, S5, S13), and a data of the highest similarity out of all the data in the database is retrieved as the data most similar to the trouble shooting desired to be retrieved (S15). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive reduction of the surface pressure at the part separated from a fastening bolt, and to prevent the blowby of a combustion gas, by making a part close to the fastening bolt in a thin wall, while a part separated from the fastening bolt in a thick wall, even though the surface pressure at the part close to the fastening bolt is high, and that at the part far from the fastening bolt is low. SOLUTION: A gasket board 2 furnishes combustion chamber holes 2A and bolt holes 2B, and a cylinder head and a cylinder block are fastened by fastening bolts inserted to the bolt holes, so as to hold the gasket board 2 between both members. To the gasket board 2, thin wall parts 2a at the positions close to the bolt holes 2B, thick wall parts 2b at the positions separated from the bolt holes, and thickness changing parts 2c which continue the thickness of the thin wall parts and the thickness of the thickness wall parts smoothly, are formed by surrounding the combustion chamber holes 2A.

PURPOSE: To form a build-up welded surface layer free from the generation of solidifying cracks at the time of build-up welding and excellent in wear resistance and toughness by building up a Cu-base alloy obtd. by incorporating Ni, Fe, Co, Si, Cr and the other specified small amounts of C and O into Cu on the surface of a base material metal by welding. CONSTITUTION: For the purpose of improving the wear resistance, heat resistance and toughness of the surface of Al series or the like of a soft alloy member, a Cu alloy having a compsn. contg., by weight, 10 to 30% Ni, 2 to 15% Fe, 2 to 15% Co, 0.5 to 5.0% Si, 1 to 10% Cr and 2 to 15% of one or >= two kinds among Mo, Ti, Zr, Nb, V or the like, furthermore contg. X% C and Y% O (where 0 =-0.8X+0.04), and the balance Cu with

PURPOSE: To enable the adjustment of a thickness in the width direction of a build-up welding layer by slantingly oscillating a high energy heat source to the longitudinal direction at the time of executing the build-up welding in the longitudinal direction by the irradiation of the high energy heat source while supplying the build-up welding material on a base material. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam L is condenced with a convex lens 3 and irradiates a valve seat part 2 around the port 1a of a cylinder head 1 through an oscillating mirror 4. The valve seat part 2 is horizontally rotated with a rotary table and the build-up welding material M is supplied to this treating surface from a build-up welding material supplying device 6, and shield gas is supplied from a shield gas supplying device 7 to execute the build-up welding in the longitudinal direction. At this time, the laser beam L irradiates slantingly to the treating surface and oscillates with a fixed width in a prescribed direction by a galvano-motor 5. By this method, the time lag is generated at the irradiating time of the laser beam L in the width direction of the working build-up welding layer, and the thickness in the width direction of the build-up welding layer can be adjusted.

PURPOSE:To obtain a steering angle sensor for correctly detecting the steering angle of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A signal pattern 23 is formed by the partial change of the electromagnetic characteristic at part of the steering rack bar 8 of a steering gear box, it is read by a signal detector 16, thus the absolute position of the steering rack bar 8 is detected, and the steering angle of a turning wheel is detected.

PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from being caused in a surface build up welding layer by forming nonmagnetic alloy as a first build up welding layer and forming alloy which is made amorphous by rapid cooling coagulation thereon as a second build up welding layer and impressing high-intensity energy on this layer to perform rapid redissolution and rapid coagulation and forming an amorphous pattern. CONSTITUTION:Nonmagnetic alloy free from martensitic transformation is formed as a first build up welding layer 5 on an iron-based alloy base body 1 which causes martensitic transformation. An alloy layer 6 is formed between both. Alloy which is made amorphous by rapid cooling coagulation is formed as a second build up layer 10 thereon. An alloy layer 11 is formed between both. High-intensity energy (laser) 13 is impressed on the second build up layer 10 to perform rapid dissolution and rapid recoagulation and an amorphous pattern 14 is formed. Thereby the strength difference of an output signal is made large in detection of the magnetic characteristics in the amorphous part or the crystalline part on the surface build up welding layers.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing the defective portion of cast parts for repairing the defective portion such as a recessed cavity revealed to the surface of the cast parts without making an internal defect remain. SOLUTION: Since this method of repairing the defective portion includes a first step of forming a recessed part 11 having a sound layer 10 where the internal defect is suppressed in the inside by jetting high-pressure gas while melting recessed cavities 2 revealed to the surface of the cast parts 1 and its periphery and, next, a second step of repairing the cavities 2 by melting the recessed part 11 within the range of the thickness of the sound layer 10 and by applying build-up welding to it, the recessed cavity 2 revealed to the surface of the cast parts 1 can be repaired without making the internal defect remain.
