PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain accuracy without using a jig, to eliminate the necessity of machining after press-forming, and to facilitate accuracy management. SOLUTION: A motor support tube 5 cylindrically projecting at a prescribed height is provided at a through-hole 7 formed at a panel 3A of a base at one side in a panel thickness direction, and abutting protrusions 11 formed by pressure-molding a support surface 13 for making a motor-side abutting part abut are formed at three points at a terminal edge in the projection direction of the support tube 5 at prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction. Thus, the motor can be positioned in the height direction by a high-precision support surface 13. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest which can be easily produced due to the easy production of its trim cover bottom using a covering cloth, by reducing the number of covering cloth pieces to be used for the bottom surface of the trim cover through which a stay is pulled out. SOLUTION: A headrest frame of a headrest 1 is buried in a pad that is completely covered with a trim cover 4, and a stay 3 connected to the headrest frame is to be pulled out of the bottom of the trim cover 4 which is made of a single piece of cover cloth 5. A part of the cover cloth 5 is inwardly folded inside the pad, and overlapped to be sewed on. An outside opening 8 is formed through the overlapped portion so that the stay 3 can be pulled out of the bottom of the trim cover 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization of a constituting member and improvement of shock absorbing performance when adopting a hood rear end part raising structure in an automobile. SOLUTION: An actuator mechanism 200 as an embodiment of this invention is provided with a first cylinder 201, a rod 204 for raising a hood 101 by projecting from the first cylinder 201, and a lock ball 213 arranged along an outer periphery of the rod 204 in the first cylinder 201 to bite into the rod 204 when the rod 204 is pushed back. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat having a compact submarine suppressing mechanism with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A submarine suppressing mechanism 15 arranged in a seat 10 has brackets 20, 25 arranged in a cushion frame 12, links 22, 27 and a submarine suppressor 30 supported by the links 22, 27. In the links 22, 27, each one end side is rotatably supported on the brackets 20, 25 by support shafts 21, 26, and the other end side of the links 22, 27 is put in an obliquely upward turning posture. The submarine suppressor 30 has a first rod 35, a second rod 36 and a gas generator for generating gas for actuating the rods 35, 36 to the extending side at vehicle collision time. The gas generator burns at collision time, and when the rods 35, 36 move to the extending side, the links 22, 27 rotationally rise by interlocking with the movement, so that the submarine suppressor 30 moves up to a rising position.
