摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a high performance bone-filling agent having excellent ossification capacity by fixing chondroitin sulfate ions on β-type tricalciumphosphate. CONSTITUTION: This high performance filling agent is formed by immobilizing chondroitin sulfate ions on a β-type tri-calcium phosphate. In the manufacture of the bone filling agent, it is sufficient if only a granule body, a porous body or a close body of the β-type tri-calcium phosphate is simply dipped into a chondroitin sodium sulfate aqueous solution when used or beforehand. As the β-type tri-calcium phosphate is bonded easily on the chondroitin phosphate ions, the purpose is achieved even by dripping for several sec. Thus, after the filling of the β-type tricalciumphosphate the bone filling agent may be produced in the site simply by powing the chondroitin sodium phosphate aqueous solution thereon.

CONSTITUTION: The production method contains a process in which a chelating agent coordinatable to a salt containing each phosphorus P and calcium Ca and at least either metallic ion of these or the salt containing at least one chelate compd. and the other chelate compd. are dissolved into solvent to prepare a soln. which does not contain a precipitate and the process in which this soln. is applied on a substrate, dried and burned.
