Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce absolute spring constants in a specific frequency area by displacing an oscillation frequency area of a vibration mode towards a low frequency side in a supporting device for an exhaust pipe having a central damping part. The central damping part 6 comprises a weight part 61, and a pair of connection parts 62, 62 connecting the weight part 61 with the side wall 4 on both sides, and the weight part 61 is formed larger in weight than the connection part 62. An indentation 64 bumped in a thickness direction of the device is formed to the connection part 62 of the central damping part 6, and dimension T1 in the thickness direction of the connection part 62 is set smaller than dimension T2 in the thickness direction of the side wall 4. Abstract: PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of individual parts in an electric motor and to enhance the durability of a vibration-transmission prevention effect of a vibration-proof rubber by a method wherein ventilation ports are formed in a bracket and the vibration-proof rubber and a ventilation passage is formed in their faced face. CONSTITUTION:In dividual ventilation ports 6a, 7a are formed in brackets 6 and vibration-proof rubbers 7 from the side of their faced side toward their opposite face, and ventilation passages 8 composed of ring-shaped spaces through which the air can flow are constituted in the vibration-proof rubbers 7 on the side of their faced faces of the brackets 6 and the vibration-proof rubbers 7. Heat at high temperatures at the inside of an electric motor is passes through the ventilation ports 6a, 7a formed in the brackets 6 and the vibration-proof rubbers 7, the convection of the air is caused in such a way that the heat is discharged to the outside of the electric motor, and the temperature at the inside of the electric motor can be lowered. Since the temperature at individual parts of the electric motor is lowered, the heat-resistant life of the electric motor itself is made long, the durability of the vibration-transmission prevention effect of the vibration-proof rubber is enhanced, and the reliability of the vibration-proof rubber can be enhanced.
