    SOLUTION: The resin boot for the constant velocity joint includes a first annular end P1 fixed to a shaft part 2a of the constant velocity joint 2, a second annular end P3 fixed to a housing 2b of the constant velocity joint and an annular bellows P2 formed between the first end and the second end and has a first fastening part 6a for installing the ring-shaped fastening member to an outer periphery of the first end, and the first end is fixed to the shaft part of the constant velocity joint with the first fastening part fastened by the fastening member 4a. An elastic layer 22a for closely contacting with an outer peripheral surface 2s of the shaft part is integrally provided on an inner peripheral surface as of the first fastening part along a circumferential direction and the elastic layer is set to have a lower hardness than the first end.

    SOLUTION: This dust preventing device is applied to the joint having a joint case 11 and an inner member 13 incorporated therein, and has a boot 21 and a boot fixture 31. The boot 21 has a cover portion 24 and a flange portion 23 abutting on the end surface 11a of the joint case 11, and is fixed to a joint shaft member 18 by a fixing portion 25 connected to the cover portion 24. The boot fixture 31 has a fitting portion 32 fitted around the periphery of the joint case 11 and a pressing portion 33 axially pressurizing the flange portion 23 between the joint case 11 and the pressing portion. The boot 21 is directly fixed to the joint case 11 by the boot fixture 31.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matters from intruding into a pulley with a damper while enhancing heat-releasing property.
    SOLUTION: This pulley with a damper comprises: a damper unit 2 having a hub 11 attached to a rotating shaft and a damper part 15 for reducing the torsional vibration of the rotating shaft; and a pulley unit 3 having a cover part 23 for covering one end sides of the pulley part 22 and the damper part 15. One end of an annular elastic body 25 is attached to the cover part 23, and the other end is attached to the hub side to reduce a variation in the speed of the rotating shaft transmitted to the pulley unit 3. A journal bearing 29 is assembled between the pulley part 22 and the damper part 15. The annular elastic body 25 communicates with the outside through a through hole 31 formed in the cover part 23. A seal member 33 for sealing between the through hole 31 and the journal ball bering 29 is attached to the cover part 23.
