Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid resin composition for fixing, which has excellent filling characteristics, and a rotor utilizing the same.SOLUTION: The resin composition for fixing is used in a fixing member constituting a rotor provided with: a rotor core 110 that comprises a laminate in which a plurality of plate members are layered, is fixed to a rotating shaft, and is provided with a plurality of hole sections 150 disposed in the laminate along the edge section of the rotating shaft; magnets 120 inserted in the hole sections 150; and a fixing member 130 formed by hardening the resin composition for fixing that fills the space between the hole sections 150 and the magnets 120. The resin composition comprises a thermosetting resin (A) that includes an epoxy resin, a hardening agent (B), and an inorganic filler (C), and the ICI viscosity of the epoxy resin at 150°C is 3 poises or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core in which occurrence of welding defects can be suppressed, whose magnetic characteristics can be enhanced and which is free from restriction in terms of the grade of the electromagnetic steel sheet by preheating prior to welding the outer circumferential part of a laminated body of magnetic pieces thereby to thermally decompose organic substances in the insulative coating of the welded part, a manufacturing method for the stator cores, and a rotary electric machine using the stator core.SOLUTION: A stator core manufacturing method comprises: a stamping step of stamping out magnetic pieces from an electromagnetic steel sheet covered with organic insulative coating; a stacking step of stacking a prescribed number of stamped-out magnetic pieces to produce a laminated body; a first preheating step of locally heating a welding position of a wall face of the laminated body so as to make the heating reach from one end to the other end in the stacking direction; and a first welding step of welding the welding position where the organic component of the insulative coating has been thermally decomposed so as to make the welding reach from one end to the other end in the stacking direction and thereby integrally linking the stacked magnetic pieces.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of improving the efficiency of a manufacturing process and of enhancing quality, and electronic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: A stator core 13 consists of a stacked portion 330, in which a plurality of plate-like bodies 331 and a plate-like body 332 are integrally stacked so as to form recessed portions on both the faces in the stacking direction; and end plate portions 320, which have respective extended portions 32, are formed with respective projections on the face opposite to the direction in which the extended portions 32 extend, and are disposed so as to sandwich both faces of the stacked portion 330. The projections of the end plate portions 320 are inserted into the recessed portions on the stacked portion 330, and the stacked portion 330 and the end plate portions 320 are fixed.
