CONSTITUTION:Propolis, preferably grown in Brazil is as necessary preliminarily extracted with an organic solvent such as chloroform and then a hydrophilic solvent such as water or ethanol is added thereto and the propolis is subjected to extraction treatment at 20-30 deg.C for 24-48hr and filtered to provide the aimed promoter. Furthermore, eucaryotic microorganism of filamentous fungus such as the genus Saccharomyces and eucaryotic cell of animal cell of silkworm, etc. and plant cell of saffron, etc., are inoculated into a culture medium to which the promoter is added, preferably at an amount of 25-30g per l culture medium for cell culture to carry out culture.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery royal jelly having good keeping quality and handleability without causing muddiness and precipitate by subjecting an aqueous alkali solution of royal jelly to coagulate protein and separating and removing the coagulated protein by controlling pH, temperature and concentration of alcohol added. CONSTITUTION:An alkali such as sodium carbonate, normally 15-20% aqueous solution thereof is added to 100 pts.wt. royal jelly at an amount of 0.05-0.15 pts.wt. and the mixture is homogenized using a homogenizer. 95-105 pts.wt. water is added thereto to dilute the mixture and the mixture is controlled to =50w/w% and the coagulated protein is eliminated. Then a vehicle such as water soluble dextrin (having >=50wt.% solid content) is added thereto and subjected to freeze-drying to provide the powdery royal jelly for drink.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a SATOTSU-KO (a compounded Chinese drug poultice) free from seepage of colored oily substance from the surface or back surface of the poultice, having excellent water-retainability, visco-elasticity, peelability and stability and having improved permeability of the principal drug component into the skin, by using a hydrophilic polymer, a natural rubber or a synthetic rubber as a base agent. CONSTITUTION:A SATOTSU-KO composition composed of 1,000pts. of sesame oil, 170-270pts. of beeswax, 50-70pts. of lard and 750-850pts. of bitumen is compounded to a plaster base containing one or more kinds of materials selected from hydrophilic polymer (e.g. sodium arginate or carrageenan), natural rubber or synthetic rubber which may be added with a surfactant. The compounded mixture is uniformly kneaded and the obtained plaster is spread on a supporting material to obtain the objective poultice. The amounts of the SATOTSU-KO composition, the hydrophilic polymer and the rubber component are preferably 5-50wt.%, 0.5-15wt.% and 2.0-25wt.% based on the whole plaster, respectively.

    摘要: PURPOSE:Royal jelly which is naturally formed on a royal bed is tightly encapsulated with bee wax, as it is, to provide fresh and pure royal jelly. CONSTITUTION:A royal bed 1 is made using bee wax in a pot shape and a plurality of royal beds are fixed on a hive shelf in a certain interval. Then, larvas of queen bee, 60hr after hatching, are transferred into individual beds, respectively and the hive bed is returned into the hive house. Thus, working bees store royal jelly necessary for growing the larva and naturally cells 4 are formed toward the opening 3 of the royal bed. After a certain time, about 60hr, the hive shelf is taken out of the house and the opening of cells are closed, royal beds are removed from the hive shelf and the top part of the bed is dipped in melted bee wax, then dipped in cool water to close completely tightly by forming bee wax coating on the outer surface of the cell. Thus, pure and fresh royal jelly without exposure to outer air can be offered to consumers.
