The tubular membrane has a proximal end, a distal end and a pathway extending therebetween.     摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable tissue cutting device, formed by a cutting element mounted to a handpiece. SOLUTION: This disposable tissue cutting device 10 includes a "tube-in-tube" cutting body 11 mounted to the handpiece 12. An internal cannula 17 of the cutting body 11 regulates the internal lumen 34, and terminates at a sharp cutting blade 35 with an inward angle of skew. An internal cannula 17 is driven by both a rotation motor 20 and a reciprocation motor 22. At the last of the stroke, the internal cannula 17 comes into contact with a cutting plate 31, thereby completely cutting tissue. The internal lumen 34 is subjected to vacuum suction, thereby sucking the cut tissue through the internal cannula 17, and collecting the same in a collecting trap 55 movably fitted to the handpiece 12. Power is applied to the rotation motor and the reciprocation motors 20, 22 by hydraulic pressure through a foot pedal operating hydraulic pressure circuit.
