Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide the subject adhesive comprising the combination of a main agent comprising the aqueous solution of a polymer having specific reactive groups with a curing agent comprising a specific iminated silane compound, excellent in the stability of the adhesive emulsion and in the heat resistance of the cured product, and long in the pot life. CONSTITUTION: This adhesive comprises (A) a main agent comprising the aqueous solution of a polymer having at least one kind of halogen groups, carboxyl groups and ester bonds in the molecular chain region (preferably an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, an acrylic polymer emulsion), and (B) a curing agent comprising an iminated silane compound produced by blocking the primary amino group of an amino silane compound having the primary amino group with a carbonyl compound. The amino silane compound composing the component B includes a compound of the formula (A , A are 1-10C divalent linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon; R , R are 1-5C alkyl; m is 0-2; n is 1-3) such as aminomethyltrimethoxysilane.
