    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically active acylated (R)-amine usable as an intermediate for producing pharmaceuticals and crop-protective agents. SOLUTION: The optically active acylated (R)-amine is an N-[(R)-1-methyl-ω-(substituted phenyl)methyl, ethyl or propyl]-bearing chloroacetamide or cyanoacetamide derivative. This compound is obtained, for example, by reaction between a racemic amine and a chloroacetic acid ester in the presence of a lipase derived from Candida antarctica.
