PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge-transporting compound capable of ensuring higher image quality and a longer lifetime for an electrophotographic photoreceptor when applied to the photoreceptor, an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in electrical properties, wear resistance and anti-adhesion properties, and capable of achieving higher image quality and a longer lifetime, and a process cartridge and an image-forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises: a conductive support; and a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive support, wherein the photosensitive layer comprises a functional layer that comprises a compound having a structure represented by formula (I) or a compound derived from the above compound: wherein F represents a hole-transporting, n-valent organic group; R independently represents a 1-18C organic group; T represents a divalent group; m indicates 0 or 1; and n indicates an integer of 1-4.
