The purifying section contains a plurality of plate-shaped photocatalyst members and has a plurality of bent flow channels for circulating water to be treated which is purified in the purifying tank. The plate-shaped photocatalyst member has a plate-shaped light-emitting body the surface of which can emit light, and a photocatalyst layer disposed on at least one surface of the plate-shaped light-emitting body. The photocatalyst layers form the inner walls of the flow channels.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying fine particles, which is excellent in separation efficiency of ionic impurities and with which load on a filtration membrane and quantity of washing water usage are reduced, and with which the content of ionic impurities in the fine particles is significantly reduced, and the fine particles with high dispersibility are easily and efficiently obtained.SOLUTION: In the method for purifying the fine particles, ionic impurities included in the fine particles are separated and removed therefrom, wherein the fine particles are purified with circulated membrane filtration in which an aqueous dispersion of the fine particles with fine particle concentration of 0.1-40 wt.% is membrane-filtrated by a crossflow method, the concentrated aqueous dispersion of the fine particles is obtained by separating and removing the ionic impurities with the filtrated liquid, the concentrated aqueous dispersion of the fine particles is diluted with addition of water in such a way that the fine particle concentration is in the range, and the membrane filtration operation is repeated again by the crossflow method, and the filtration membrane is periodically backwashed.
