Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a pattern whose color is changed to be expressed even on a hard base material, with respect to a pattern print product and a method of forming a pattern, wherein all or a part of the pattern is sectioned into a plurality of areas on a base material, the pattern line of the adjacent sectioned areas is formed with ruggedness different in direction, the uneven surfaces is subjected to coloring comprising lines or dots in parallel with the pattern line and the color is changed according to a change in viewing angle. SOLUTION: The pattern print product comprises the base material 1 having a metallic thin film layer 2 expressing a rugged pattern line formed on a surface thereof and a transparent film 4 expressing a color pattern comprising the lines or dots parallel to the rugged pattern line, wherein the rugged pattern line and the color pattern are superimposed and laminated. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively actualize a so-called stealth dot pattern whose existence cannot be visibly recognized on a medium surface, only by slightly improving existing printing technology. SOLUTION: A printing method for the medium surface including the dot pattern is used for a dot pattern reading system which uses an optical reading means for reading the dot pattern formed on the medium surface and converting it into corresponding data to output characters, voices or images. It comprises calculating C-M-Y component values for the pixels of an original image to generate drawn image printing data excluding at least part of a colorless tone component region common to the C-M-Y component values, and calculating a K component equivalent to the excluded colorless tone component region to form the dot pattern which is produced in a predetermined logic to define information, to be printed as the calculated K component on the medium surface, using K ink optically identifiable in a visible light region from the excluded remaining colorless tone component region. フレキシブル基板の明確に分離している領域を、同時にコーティングされる2層以上の分離した層を有するコーティング組成物で連続ロール・トゥー・ロール(roll to roll)方式によってコーティングする方法。 当該方法は、基板上に疎液性又は親液性表面パターンを形成し、疎液性又は親液性領域の所望パターンをそのまま残す、パターン形成工程、及び、形成された表面パターンをコーティング組成物の層でさらにコーティングし、前記コーティング組成物の層を、疎液性領域から除去し、かつ親液性領域に集め、前記コーティング組成物の最底部層の表面張力は、その上にある層の表面張力よりも大きくなる、コーティング工程を有する。
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card having a scratch layer printed with code data capable of making the value of the card double by varying the code data printed on the card using a scratch technique used in a public lottery system in a game machine using a premium card printed with the code data such as QR codes. SOLUTION: A character picture 2 is printed on the center upper part of a card base 3. A QR code (B) 4 is printed underneath thereof. A scratch layer 5 is formed so as to cover the QR code (B) 4. A QR code (A) 6 is printed on the scratch layer 5. The scratch layer 5 can be scratched off with a nail tip or a member having a spired end, and then a hidden QR code (B) 4 is appeared when scratching off.
